Abstract
The calendar outlines the scheduled meetings for the year 2016, with a total of 12 ordinary meetings and potential extraordinary meetings as needed. The proposed calendar begins in January with a meeting scheduled for the 27th, followed by meetings on the 24th of February, the 30th of March, and the 20th of April. The meetings continue throughout the year, with the last ordinary meeting scheduled for the 21st of December. According to the guidelines, the titulares (titular members) participate with voice and vote in the meetings, while suplentes (substitutes) participate with voice but without vote in the absence of the titular member. All members of the COMUDE are required to bring their identification badges to the meetings. The proposed calendar is designed to be flexible, with the option to adjust the schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances. The guidelines recommend establishing a standard day for meetings, such as the third Wednesday of each month, and validating the calendar in the first meeting of the year. Additionally, the convocatoria (meeting invitation) should be sent with at least 5 working days' notice, and all members of the COMUDE should have a copy of the annual meeting calendar. The COMUDE is responsible for conducting 12 ordinary meetings and any necessary extraordinary meetings, as outlined in the Ley de Consejos de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural (Law of Urban and Rural Development Councils). The proposed calendar is subject to change in case of force majeure, and any changes will be communicated to the members of the COMUDE.
