Abstract

In accordance with the Mobilization and Quick Start Activity Plan, Tetra Tech is responsible for mobilizing personnel and equipping the proposed field office as soon as possible. Tetra Tech has created a comprehensive start-up checklist to ensure a smooth transition. The checklist outlines the estimated completion dates for various tasks, including contracts, personnel, finance/accounting, and logistics. Key personnel, including the Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, and Senior Energy Policy/Regulatory Advisor, were mobilized on May 18, 2015. The Quick Start Activity Plan was completed on May 29, 2015, and the Procurement Plan is in progress. The personnel staffing plan outlines the mobilization dates for all staff members. Key personnel, including the Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, and Energy Governance/Regulatory Specialist, mobilized on May 18, 2015. Other staff members, including the Clean Energy Project Development Manager, Biomass/MSW/Landfill Specialist, and Senior Communications Advisor, mobilized on various dates between May 18 and July 6, 2015. The ICED-II organization chart outlines the project structure, including key personnel, local implementation team, and international and local experts. The chart shows the various positions and their corresponding mobilization dates. Tetra Tech has also established a home office personnel support timeline, which outlines the support provided to staff members during the mobilization period. The timeline includes activities such as training, equipment procurement, and office setup. The ICED-II project aims to promote clean energy development in Indonesia, with a focus on renewable energy sources and energy efficiency. The project will work with various stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, and local communities, to achieve its objectives.
