The Infrastructure Needs Program (INP-II) Task Order 01, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), consists of two road sector projects: Anata Main Entrance Road and Internal Roads, and Al Menya Landfill Road.

Abstract
The project scope includes upgrading a total of 2.1 km of the Anata Main Entrance Road and 2.3 km of Internal Roads, as well as upgrading 3.6 km of Al Menya Landfill Road. Construction works on the Anata project have commenced, with all preconstruction submittals prepared, submitted, and approved by the CMC engineer. Partial shop drawings have been submitted and approved, with the balance in process. Mobilization, including field site offices for both Anata and Al Menya projects, has been completed. Survey works have been finished for both projects. The project time schedule was prepared and submitted to the CMC engineer for approval. Project progress is in line with the time schedule, with overall percentages of completion at 3.8% and 3.3% for Anata and Al Menya projects, respectively. The estimated number of beneficiaries from the project services is 436, with 18 full-time equivalent jobs. During the reporting period, several coordination meetings and site visits took place. These included meetings with USAID, CMC, and contractor team members to discuss the project and implementation plans, as well as coordination meetings with Anata Municipality, Jerusalem District Electricity Co Ltd, and other stakeholders to discuss project-related issues. No notices of unsafe conditions were issued, and zero accidents were reported during the reporting period. The project team has issued several RFIs to address discrepancies in existing elevation and existing walls within the proposed shoulder area of Anata Internal Road No. 2. The project team is waiting to receive revised design drawings from the CMC engineer for Road No. 1 - Al Menya Project. The project team has also issued RFIs to address discrepancies in existing elevation and existing walls within the proposed shoulder area of Anata Internal Road No. 2. The project team has completed the preparation and submission of all preconstruction submittals for both Anata and Al Menya projects.
