Abstract
The program was established in 2010 and has undergone several modifications, with the most recent funding award in 2014. As of the current quarter, a total of 192 students from cohorts 1, 2, and 3 have graduated, with 139 of them employed. The program has a strong focus on academic performance, with students from cohort 4 currently enrolled in their fourth year of undergraduate studies. The academic performance of cohort 4 students is monitored closely, with final semester grades for Spring 2019 released for AASTMT at the end of the quarter. The results show that 12 students earned GPAs of 3.50-3.99, 7 students earned GPAs of 3.00-3.49, and 2 students earned GPAs of 2.50-2.99.
