Abstract
The report aims to identify public policy opportunities for the Government of the DRC (GDRC) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/DRC). The assessment focused on six key sectors: Health, Education, Economic Growth, Democracy, Human Rights and Governance, and Peace and Security.
