Project 03, Milling and Overlay of Bethlehem Internal Roads, is a project to upgrade approximately 4.08 km of Bethlehem internal roads. The project's statement of work includes milling and overlay of existing asphalt layers, excavation works, patching works, reconstruction works, and installation of safety features. The project's location is in Bethlehem, Bethlehem Governorate (Area A), with a project value of $1,274,521. During the reporting period, one accident was reported, and zero Notices of Unsafe Condition (NUC) were issued. One toolbox talk was conducted, and the project's safety record is being monitored closely.
