PASA participating agency service agreement between the Agency for International Development and the Administrative Office of the United States [: constitutional development seminar]

Courts to finance travel and per diem costs of 15-20 Third World Judicial Officers who will participate in an international conference celebrating the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution in September 1990 in Washington, D.C. The conference will provide the Officers a forum in which to discuss two themes: (1) comparative constitutions (individual rights, judicial review, constitutional interpretation); and (2) judicial administration (judicial training and research, and the use of modern techniques and technologies).
