Abstract
The plan aims to strengthen the capacity of the institutions selected by the Corte Suprema de Justicia. The plan was formulated by a team of experts, including the Presidenta de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Dra. Alicia Beatríz Pucheta de Correa, and other members of the Corte Suprema de Justicia. The team conducted a series of workshops with representatives from various Circunscripciones Judiciales to gather input and feedback. The plan identifies several key areas of focus, including the development of a strategic plan, the implementation of a new information system, and the improvement of the quality of justice. The plan also aims to promote transparency and accountability within the judicial system. The plan is divided into several sections, including a Resumen Ejecutivo, Antecedentes, Metodología, Misión, Visión, Valores y Temas Transversales, Mapa y Objetivos Estratégicos, Líneas de Acción, Indicadores, Metas y Programas de Acción.
