The program focuses on the territorialization of the Victims' Law, the strengthening of organizational capacity, and the implementation of the Peace Agreement. The program has been working for five years, with the support of USAID, to fortify the organizations and victims' organizations, as well as the subjects of collective reparations, to participate in the policy of victims and the implementation of the Peace Agreement. The program has a territorial approach, which has been materialized in the work of regional offices and the strengthening of local processes.
