Abstract
The contract period of performance is from May 15, 2019, to May 14, 2026, with an ordering period from May 15, 2019, to May 14, 2024. Task orders may be issued during the ordering period with a maximum period of performance of no more than five years. The DRG IDIQ is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, which allows the Government to issue task orders for various contract types at the task order level. The basic contract includes an initial obligation of $25,000 and an overall ceiling price of $70,000,000 for Analytical Services IV. The purpose of the DRG IDIQ is to provide the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance's Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance with various services, including DRG assessments, strategy development, program design, research, training, and rapid response analytical and technical assistance support. Analytical services under this IDIQ will improve USAID's ability to promote resilient, democratic societies and support U.S. foreign policy objectives. Support for democracy, human rights, and governance is vital to the pursuit of freedom and national security, and is essential to achieve the Agency's and the U.S. Government's broader social and economic development goals. The IDIQ administration reports that nothing significant has occurred at the IDIQ level. The IDIQ budget summary indicates that the contract ceiling is $70,000,000, with $25,000 obligated and $0 invoiced for the reporting period of June 2019. The initial award was made for $25,000, and no spending has been reported for the period.
