Quarterly Progress Report: Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) IDIQ

The contract period of performance is from May 15, 2019, to May 14, 2026, with an ordering period from May 15, 2019, to May 14, 2024. Task orders may be issued during the ordering period with a maximum period of performance of no more than five years. The IDIQ budget summary indicates that the contract ceiling is $70,000,000, with $25,000 obligated and $0 invoiced for the reporting period of June 2019. The initial award was made for $25,000, and no spending has been reported for the period.
