The Staff Care Services Center (SCSC) served USAID individuals over 6,000 times, including awareness raising and resources for 3,444 individuals through the Staff Care Scoop, Staff Care overviews for employees, visibility, and visits.

Abstract
In addition, there were 1,227 logins to the Staff Care website. SCSC served 413 staff in 7 Missions and during the FSN Global Conference and Advisory Council, providing critical incident response, organizational resilience, and resilience workshops as needed. SCSC provided wellness challenges, coaching, and education for 1,695 individuals and work-life services for 200 individuals to address legal and financial issues, dependent care, and physical health. Implementation of SCSC services resulted in 427 work days saved, valued at $139,463. SCSC services helped improve individual and team performance, stress, resilience, wellbeing, job satisfaction, and commitment to USAID. The top 5 concerns for counseling were emotional health, family/relationship concerns, workplace concerns, legal issues, and financial issues. The primary reasons for using SCSC services were managing high stress, change, and uncertainty, improving team cohesion, and improving communication. SCSC provided support to 10 Washington teams, including the FSN Global Conference and FSN Advisory Council. The teams received resilience training, wellness workshops, and EAP support. The evaluation surveys showed that participants experienced improvement or expected improvements in personal wellbeing, morale, and commitment to USAID due to SCSC services. The SCSC services resulted in actual or expected improvements in team cohesion, productivity, morale, resilience, wellbeing skills, and job satisfaction. The SCSC services also provided support to 7 Missions, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Namibia, and Regional Syria Platform (Antalya). The SCSC services provided critical incident response, resilience training, and resilience training to improve team cohesion and improve communication. The SCSC services resulted in actual or expected improvements in team cohesion, productivity, morale, resilience, wellbeing skills, and job satisfaction.
