Abstract
This indicator is designed to measure the satisfaction of persons who come into contact with the courts. The survey methodology for the court performance indicator "Access and Correctness" involves surveying individuals who have interacted with the courts. The objectives of the survey are to measure the satisfaction of citizens in terms of seven performance aspects: existence of necessary conveniences, existence of signage in the courthouse, safety in the courthouse, working schedule, time for settling problems in court, court staff's attitude, and conduct of court sittings. The survey will use a numerical rating system in combination with descriptive ratings to ensure accuracy and clear interpretation of the results. The survey will collect representative information about the level of citizens' satisfaction in all courts in the country using appropriate statistical methods. The survey report will present average ratings for each court and for the entire judiciary, as well as information for each of the seven performance aspects listed above. The report will also include an analysis of the improvement proposals made by survey respondents. The questionnaire used for the survey includes questions about general information, access to the court, and questions about the court sitting. The general information section asks about the respondent's age, sex, employment, and reason for being in court. The access to the court section asks about the respondent's opinion on the courthouse's conveniences, signage, safety, working schedule, and staff attitude. The questions about the court sitting are only for those who participated in a court sitting and ask about the respondent's opinion on the session's start time, judge's behavior, and atmosphere during the session. The survey aims to identify poorly performing courts and address this situation. The results will be used by the judicial authorities to improve the quality of courts' work. The survey is voluntary, but respondents are encouraged to answer all questions because their opinion counts and is important for improving the courts' performance.
