Abstract
The program is implemented by Deloitte Consulting LLP under Task Order No. 72048622F00001 of the Indefinite Quantity Contract No. 7200AA19D00025. The program's main goal is to support the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) in achieving its objectives. The program focuses on three key objectives: Utility Modernization and Power Trade, Advanced Energy Systems, and Clean and Sustainable Energy. Under the first objective, the program aims to modernize the utility sector and promote power trade in the region. This includes technical assistance to utilities, regulatory support, and capacity building for sector stakeholders. The program also focuses on advanced energy systems, including energy storage, grid modernization, and renewable energy integration.
