Abstract
The program is implemented in partnership with various partners, including Abt Associates, the International Rescue Committee, Pathfinder International, and others. The program's geographic scope encompasses multiple provinces, with a focus on enhancing health services, improving health system oversight, and promoting disease surveillance. The program is divided into three objectives, each with specific indicators and targets. Objective 1 focuses on enhancing the capacity of health services at the provincial, health zone, and facility levels, as well as improving transparency and oversight in health service financing and administration. This objective includes seven indicators, including the enhancement of capacity to plan, implement, and implement services, as well as the improvement of transparency and oversight in health service financing and administration. Objective 2 aims to increase the availability of quality, integrated facility-based health services, as well as quality, integrated community-based health services. The program's partners are working closely with the DRC Ministry of Health to implement the program's objectives and indicators. The program's progress is being monitored and evaluated regularly, with a focus on ensuring that the program is meeting its objectives and targets.
