Abstract
The project will support the administrative costs incurred by HOPE, as lead PVO, and by other PVO"s in obtaining and distributing donated basic supplies, including, e.g., aspirin, antibiotics, anesthetics, scalpels, and disposal syringes. Minimal TA will be provided, as appropriate, to facilitate the appropriate use of the donated supplies.
