Grant is provided under the Technical Support/Child Survival project (9380500) to World Vision and Development, Inc., to support child survival projects in four countries: (1) Changara and Nicoadala districts in Zambezia Province of Mozambique; (2) the Kabudula Traditional Authority area in Malawi; (3) the Phulgran, Kurri, and Kirpa Union Councils on the outskirts of Islamabad, Pakistan; and (4) the southern half of Nawapur Block in northern Maharashtra State, India.

Abstract
The projects target children aged 0-5 and women of childbearing age through country-specific combinations of the following interventions: immunization, nutrition, growth monitoring, oral rehydration therapy, sanitation and water programs, malaria control, training of community health workers and mothers, child spacing and breastfeeding, and acute respiratory infection identification and treatment. Country targets are as follows: (1) in Mozambique, 86,562 women and children; (2) in Malawi, 10,251 children and 11,870 women; (3) in Pakistan, 10,945 children and 12,752 women; and (4) in India, 20,400 women and children.
