Abstract
The program's purpose is to provide independent Quality Assurance oversight over all engineering and construction activities undertaken by the Mission's Implementing Partners and to advise USAID/Lebanon on all engineering and construction-related matters. The A&E-MSP is a Task Order (TO) #1 contract, with a contract number of 72026819F00005 and a ceiling of $XXX. The contract was initially awarded on September 27, 2019, with a performance period of September 27, 2019, to September 26, 2020. The contract was modified twice, with Modification #1 increasing the incremental funding obligation by $XXX to a new total of $XXX and Modification #2 extending the period of performance to January 31, 2024, and replacing the project budget with a new ceiling of $XXX. The A&E-MSP has several work orders (WOs) issued under TO #1, including WO A, which includes costs for ongoing management, administration, and operations supporting other WOs issued under TO #1.
