Abstract
The Dubai UAE Food Laboratory, a leading testing facility, employs standard industry methods such as AOAC, AACC, and others to analyze various food and agricultural products. The laboratory provides a wide range of testing services, including nutritional ingredient facts labeling, microbiological testing, and chemical analysis. The laboratory's testing services cover various food and beverage products, including frozen foods, packaged foods and beverages, mineral water, food and feed grains, animal and vegetable oils, and more. The laboratory also provides testing services for sugar, candy, confectionary, and molasses products, including sugar product testing and inspection services. Sugar product testing and inspection services include analysis of ash, Brix, color, insoluble matter, invert sugar, loss on drying, moisture, nitrogen, pH, polarization of sugar, sucrose, and sugar profile.
