Consultant and Advisory Services for Colombia (CASC) Quarterly Report 4rd Quarter – October 1st to December 30th, 2019

The report is a quarterly update on the activities and progress of the Consultant and Advisory Services for Colombia (CASC) under Contract Number AID-514-I-14-00001, which began on August 19, 2014, and ended on February 20, 2020.
