Abstract
To this end, a contractor will produce a field manual on the development and evaluation of urban-related capital projects, and prepare a plan for field testing the manual. Amendment of 5/75 revises the statement of work for the project, which now calls for the contractor to develop guidelines on formulating and identifying high-impact projects to benefit the urban poor.
