Abstract
Elie Technical Institute, aimed to develop students' abilities in programming and web development. The grant period of performance was from February 22, 2021, to August 30, 2022. A total of 28 students were selected, with 25 ultimately participating in the program. The students received training in programming and web development, and all beneficiaries received their Certificate of Completion. The grant achieved its objectives, with students displaying good manners, good attendance, and a vigilant conscience. They acquired new skills and techniques, and most were placed in internships or full-time employment positions. The students were proactive in searching for jobs and were confident in taking on job interviews in Lebanon, the MENA region, and internationally. The grant's scheduling was successful, allowing students to respond and achieve all the goals set in the original grant agreement. All activities were submitted, and the grant's objectives were met.
