Abstract
The program is designed to support the Post-earthquake U.S. Government Strategy (2010-2015), which focuses on four key areas: Infrastructure and Energy, Food and Economic Security, Basic Education, and Governance and Rule of Law. The program is implemented by AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm, in partnership with various subcontractors.
