The IMPACT+ Trainer Toolkit is designed as a resource guide for trainers delivering an IMPACT+ and IMPACT+ Leader Training.

Abstract
The Leader Training prepares participants to become effective club leaders in their local contexts, empowering them to open and sustain an IMPACT+ club and use experiential learning methods and service-learning projects as tools to run that club. This includes adapting the IMPACT+ curriculum to fit the needs of the club members in their own local contexts. The sessions of the IMPACT+ Leader Training are designed to actively involve participants in the learning process, incorporating simulations, discussions, case studies, role plays, and objective checks of knowledge, attitudes, and skills developed. The training integrates delivery into its design, enabling participants to leave the training feeling equipped and ready to perform as IMPACT+ club leaders. The IMPACT+ training package contains various items, including the Trainer Toolkit, handouts, an outline, a supply list, and a printing list. The Trainer Toolkit contains all textbook information, a preface, icebreakers, activities, delivery tips, and more. The handouts include necessary written resources to use during sessions, pre- and post-session answer keys, and additional information or activity resources. To prepare for training, trainers are advised to read through the Trainer Toolkit, which is intended to be a guide rather than a procedure. Trainers should be guided by their experience, the needs of the participants, and their own common sense, as well as the information in the toolkit. Many of the flipcharts suggested in the course can be prepared ahead of time, and trainers should have an emergency training kit ready with essential items such as extra markers, tape, adhesive bandages, and a fuzzy toy. The IMPACT+ Trainer Toolkit emphasizes the importance of creating a friendly atmosphere conducive to learning. Trainers are advised to shake hands with each participant and introduce themselves as they come into the classroom, practice before the big day, bring extra activities, and have a backup plan in case of unexpected situations. By following these tips, trainers can ensure a successful and engaging training experience for their participants.
