LAVI's implementation is guided by a detailed activity plan, which includes technical support to natural resource management coalition CSO partners and government partners, capacity development activities for education partners, and provision of mentoring and capacity assessment of NRM and education partners. The program also focuses on promoting the development of ongoing capacity development services on the local market, ensuring that learning and methodologies are shared and applied by other development actors, and project monitoring and evaluation. The program's geographic focus is Liberia, with a specific emphasis on the education sector. LAVI's activities are designed to contribute to the overall goal of USAID/Liberia's civil society and media interventions to increase the influence of citizens and media in the governance of public goods and services.
