The FED activity in Liberia continued implementation of its smallholder survey in October 2016.

Abstract
The survey, conducted by teams of enumerators, assessed FED's impact across four target value chains. The survey was initially scheduled to be completed earlier but was delayed due to heavy rains, poor road conditions, and traditional holidays. FED staff collected information on indicator 3.2.2, which covers the number of students, faculty, and administrative staff who benefited from improved academic facilities and programs during FY14, FY15, and FY16. This data was collected at the Centers of Excellence at community colleges and the Booker Washington Institute. The FED Component Three Team held meetings with LADA's Chief of Party, Dan G. Dan G. discussed the finalization of handover and lessons learned from the respective portfolios. These meetings took place during the first week of October.
