Abstract
The program aims to improve Palestinians' access to basic infrastructure and services, thereby contributing to economic growth. The objective of this Task Order is to reconstruct approximately 4.64 kilometers of the Al Badhan – Al Nassariya Road-Segment B in Nablus Governorate. This project aims to facilitate the movement of trade and people between the Northern West Bank and the Jordan Valley, ultimately contributing to improved economic growth. The rehabilitation of the Al Badhan – Al Nassariya Road Segment B includes various works, such as reconstructing a two-lane rural collector road, constructing concrete side ditches, retaining walls, sidewalks, box culverts, and supplying and installing storm water pipeline, precast concrete open channel, and precast catch basin type A & B. The project also involves supplying and installing 10-inch PVC future sleeves and roadway furniture. The project's key map indicates the location of the road reconstruction project, spanning from Tubas Intersection to Al Nassariya Village. Vantage photos taken on December 31, 2018, show the project's progress at various stations, including Sta. 3+800 and Sta. 4+020. The Task Order's progress is monitored through various indicators, including the completion of works, material delivery, and equipment installation. The project's safety status is also closely monitored, with regular safety meetings and inspections conducted to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
