Monthly Progress Report No. 06

The project is located in the Hebron District of the West Bank/Gaza region. The project consists of two main components: Project 01, which involves the reconstruction of the Hebron Southern Entrance Road, and Project 02, which involves the rehabilitation of the Hebron Northern Entrance Road and Highway 35. Project 01 includes the reconstruction of approximately 1.1 km of a four-lane urban main road, the construction of a major septic tank, and the replacement of 0.3 km of the existing 12" sewer line. The project also involves the reconstruction of internal roads, milling and overlay of existing roads, and the construction of roundabouts. The project value for Project 01 is $7,063,882.00, with a modified project value of $7,262,638.58. Project 02 involves the rehabilitation of the Hebron Northern Entrance Road and Highway 35, including the reconstruction of approximately 0.25 km of the Hebron northern entrance road, intersection improvement, and drainage system upgrades. The project value for Project 02 is $1,002,358.00, with a modified project value of $1,091,147.30. The project is being implemented by APCO/ArCon Construction and Services, with Brothers Company for Contracting as the subcontractor. The project started on July 21, 2016, for Project 01 and August 21, 2016, for Project 02. The contractual period of performance for Project 01 is 330 calendar days, with a modified period of performance of 350 calendar days. The contractual period of performance for Project 02 is 200 calendar days, with a modified period of performance of 210 calendar days. As of November 30, 2016, the actual percentage of completion for Project 01 is 24.6%, and the actual percentage of completion for Project 02 is 45.9%. The project is expected to be completed by May 25, 2017, for Project 01 and January 05, 2017, for Project 02.
