In the domain of governance and management, the project aims to improve the governance and management capacity of the water and sanitation sector at the municipal level. This is achieved through tasks such as implementing the Institutional Strengthening Index (ISI), strengthening the capacity of municipalities in planning and budgeting, and supporting collaboration between central and municipal levels.
