Quarterly Performance Report: Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA) Activity

The activity focuses on increasing workplace diversity, improving inclusive workplace environments, and expanding equitable promotion opportunities. The activity has established partnerships with several regional and international organizations, including the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) and the American Chamber of Commerce, Thailand (AMCHAM). One notable success story is the "Srikandi" initiative in energy in Indonesia, which aimed to promote equality in the energy sector by providing training and capacity-building opportunities to women in the energy sector. The E4SEA Activity has also made progress in implementing its communications and outreach plan.
