Abstract
EnCompass delivered 11 Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) courses, including six New Employee Orientations (NEOs) via Webex, and four team building workshops. The company also designed three new HCTM courses/sessions and four e-learnings during the quarter. EnCompass successfully delivered five in-person deliveries, including one 10-Day Supervisor Certification Course (SCC) at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and one C3 delivered at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C. The company virtually delivered six NEOs via Webex and received client approval for SCC and HRE Quarterly Learning Burts. EnCompass also delivered four one-day workshops/activities at Management Concepts in Washington, DC, including a team building event for the Operation Center (OPS) on Burden Reduction. EnCompass executed several activities related to the design and delivery of new USAID courses during the reporting period. The company submitted four cost proposals, three macro designs, and three micro designs for client approval. EnCompass successfully held an Innovations in Learning session on December 7, 2023, as part of the Regional Training Coordinators Conference, and completed the first of two Fireside Chat virtual convenings, reaching 217 participants from across the Agency. The Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) Foundational Program ILT delivery and revisions were a key focus during the quarter. EnCompass submitted a cost proposal and received client approval on November 3, 2023. The company drafted and posted a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Subject Matter Expert Instructor/Facilitators and Writing Specialists in preparation for the pilot delivery on January 22-26, 2024. EnCompass also drafted SES Keynote speakers' agenda and confirmed SES speakers. Managing a Hybrid Workforce ILT design was another key activity during the quarter. EnCompass received approval on the cost proposal on November 1, 2023, and held an internal kickoff. The company submitted a macro design for approval on December 22, 2023, and received client approval on December 29, 2023. Employee Performance and Development (EP&D) e-learning design was also a focus during the quarter. EnCompass completed alpha, including modules one through seven, and submitted for client review on December 19, 2023. The company received client approval for macro designs on December 8, 2023, and completed a cost proposal for micro design and programming phases of design and received client approval on November 1, 2023. EnCompass successfully executed several other activities during the quarter, including submitting four cost proposals, three macro designs, and three micro designs for client approval. The company also held an Innovations in Learning session on December 7, 2023, and completed the first of two Fireside Chat virtual convenings, reaching 217 participants from across the Agency.
