Abstract
The system is used by Cooperating Sponsors (CS) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to monitor and manage food aid programs. The QWICR system provides a range of features and tools to support the reporting process, including the Commodity Status Report (CSR), Recipient Status Report (RSR), Loss Summary Report (LSR), Damage or Misuse of Commodities Report (DMCR), and Claims Report. These reports provide critical information on commodity shipments, distributions, and losses, enabling USAID and CS to make informed decisions about program management and resource allocation. The QWICR system also includes a Monetization Performance Report (MPR), which provides data on the sales and revenue generated from the monetization of commodities. The MPR includes calculations such as the actual cost recovery index, actual fair market value index, estimated cost recovery index, and estimated fair market value index, which are used to assess the performance of monetization activities. In addition to the reporting features, the QWICR system provides a user-friendly interface for data input and verification. Users can access the system through a web browser and log in to view and submit reports, as well as access other system features and tools. The system also includes a help section and online course evaluation, which provides training and support for users. The QWICR system is designed to support the management of food aid programs, including Title II programs, which provide emergency and disaster relief assistance. The system is used to track commodity shipments, distributions, and losses, as well as to monitor and evaluate program performance. The QWICR system is an essential tool for USAID and CS to ensure the effective management and delivery of food aid programs. The QWICR system is accessible through the web address http://www.qwicr.com, and users can log in to access the system features and tools. The system is designed to be user-friendly and provides a range of features and tools to support the reporting and tracking of commodity shipments and distributions.
