Abstract
The highest flow of concept papers during the reporting quarter is attributed to newspaper advertisements at the beginning of the quarter, although the advertisement was exclusively for the U.S Ambassador's Fund Program. Cumulatively, 625 concept papers have been received as of March 2012, with all received concept papers logged in the database and being desk reviewed in a phased manner. Region-wise analysis of the concept papers received during the reporting quarter reflects that maximum concept papers were received from Punjab (64), followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (40). These two regions hold the major share (52%) in the concept papers received during the 6th quarter. As of the reporting quarter, maximum concept papers have been received from Punjab (25%), followed by Sindh (21%).
