Abstract
The system is primarily used for data management, reporting, and analysis in the healthcare sector. The MPTF system is accessed by entering a login and password, with the default credentials being "sa" and "123." Upon successful login, the system displays a menu, indicating that it is ready for operation. The user is then required to select an icon on the desktop and click it twice using the left mouse button to initiate the system. The system's directory feature allows users to manage equipment types, including refrigerating equipment. To add a new equipment type, users click the "Equipment type" option in the pull-down menu and select "Add." They are then prompted to enter the equipment inventory number, model, manufacturer, and other relevant details. The entered data can be saved or canceled. The MPTF system also includes a feature for managing reference data, which is generated at the center level. This data includes information on age groups, vaccine-age groups, vaccine types, national preventive vaccination calendars, medicine turnover, and vaccines/syringes/SDBs. Users can access this data by selecting the "Directories" option and then clicking on the relevant section. The system's administration feature allows users to manage local settings, including the MPTF name. Users can add or delete the MPTF name by clicking the "Add+" or "Delete (x)" buttons, respectively. The system will then display the MPTF directory field, where users can enter the MPTF code, short name, or full name and search for the requested MPTF. The MPTF system also includes a feature for managing user groups, which displays a list of authorized users. Users can remove users from the list by selecting them and clicking the "Remove (x)" button. New users can be added by clicking the "Add (+)" button and entering their first name, surname, position, login, and password. The system's user menu settings feature allows users to assign operation modes to individual users. Users can select a user from the pull-down list and assign operation modes by clicking the "Assign" button. The selected mode will then appear in the user menu list field. The MPTF system also includes a feature for importing data, which has three tabs: directory import, vaccine/syringe/SDB import, and reporting data import. Users can import reference data by clicking the "Data import" button and following the same procedure as in step 13. The system also allows users to export reporting data by clicking the "Export" button and copying the last created archive to send to senior MPTF. The system's logs feature allows users to view the attached population list, which includes information on patients, age groups, FMG, and area. Users can search for patients by entering data in the relevant fields and clicking the "Search" button. The search results can be cleared by clicking the "Clear" button. The MPTF system also includes a feature for reviewing preventive vaccination electronic cards, which allows users to view the vaccination history of a particular patient. Users can select a patient from the search results and click the "Review of preventive vaccination electronic card" button to view the patient's vaccination record.
