Abstract
In the Andes, climate trends indicate a significant warming trend, with larger increases in minimum temperatures in the southern and northern regions. The region has experienced a shift in the distribution of events, with a decrease in precipitation in the spring and an increase in the summer. Temperature trends in the Altiplano region show a significant warming trend, with a 5-6σ increase in temperature. The region has also experienced a shift in the distribution of events, with a decrease in precipitation in the spring and an increase in the summer. This has resulted in a significant increase in temperature, with a larger increase in minimum temperatures in the southern and northern regions. Participatory research allows farmers and producers to develop a common understanding of climate trends and projections, and to build trust through two-way communication. This approach enables farmers to develop a common language and set of expectations for discussing alternative strategies. By participating in research, farmers can make their own observations and draw conclusions from the research, rather than relying solely on the conclusions presented by the researcher. The Altiplano region has experienced a significant increase in temperature, with a 5-6σ increase in temperature. This has resulted in a shift
