Grant is provided under the Community Outreach and Leadership Development Project (6740301) in South Africa to Conscience, a human rights NGO, to provide voter education to residents of Bophuthatswana to prepare and enable them to vote in the national elections in April 1994.

Conscience will establish voter education centers in about half of Bophuthatswana"s 762 villages/residential areas.
