AID grant no. EUR-0029-G-00-1044-00 to University of Delaware for support under the management training and economics education program

The program will consist of five core course modules aimed at reaching more than 1,000 people in each of the project"s 2 years (provided the second year is authorized). The economics education program will instruct economics teachers in the universities and government, as well as economics advisors and journalists, in market economics. The management program will provide a mix of private and public management training and will be delivered using three methods: instructional television; specialized seminars in Bulgaria and the United States; Management Enhancement Teams (teams of managers from a single industry or agricultural enterprise are helped to develop their own projects).
