Abstract
The project, Well #17 Pump Station and Conveyance System, was handed over to the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) on February 07, 2013. The project's overall status is that it has been completed, and the site has been handed over to the PWA. The project was terminated on January 9, 2013, and the handover of the site occurred on February 07, 2013. As a result, there are no construction activities to report for the current reporting period. The project's progress is summarized in Table 5.1-W17-Progress Summary Table, which shows that the project was 4.35% complete as of the handover date. The elapsed time was 24.36% of the planned duration. The payment status is also reported in Table 12.1-W17-Payment Summary, which shows that no payment was submitted during the current reporting period. The accrued amount through the end of this reporting period is Zero. The project indicators, as reported in Table 16.1-W17-Target Value for Project 1 and Table 16.2-W17-Actual Value for Project 1, show that the target value for the quantity of drinking water available as a result of USG assistance was 31,169 beneficiaries, but the actual value is zero due to the project's termination. The employment generated in person days for Project 1 during the current reporting period is reported in Table 16.2. The estimated target value was 10,418 person days, but the employment generated this month is zero person days. The problems and issues encountered for this project during the current reporting period are summarized in Table 17.1-W17-Problems and Issues Summary Table. The main issue is the settlement with the client due to the project's termination. The construction photos are not applicable due to the handing over of the Well Site to the PWA on February 07, 2013.
