Abstract
The project aims to enhance conditions that facilitate the involvement of young women by creating a safer and more supportive environment for them to participate in development activities. The project involves the construction of a new two-floor building for the Tulkarem YDRC with a total area of approximately 740 m2, including landscaping and improvements of the existing facility. Similarly, a new two-floor building is to be constructed for the Tubas YDRC with a total area of approximately 800 m2. Works include demolishing and reconstructing the existing Tubas YDRC cantina space, repairs and repainting at the existing facility, construction of a new facility entrance, and landscaping. The project is located in Tubas city and Tulkarem city, with the owner being Tubas YDRC and Tulkarem YDRC. The donor and client is USAID, with the Task Order COR being Rami Abu Ktaish.
