The tool also requires information on the health promotion settings where the activity was conducted, including health facilities, media houses, communities, markets, institutions, and other settings. If the setting is not listed, the tool allows for the specification of the setting. In addition, the tool requires information on the group of people that were sensitized, including healthcare workers, advocacy groups, community health resource persons, champions, pupils, media personnel, teachers, and others. If the activity was conducted at a health facility, the tool requires the selection of the type of health facility, including community units, dispensaries, health centers, sub-county hospitals, and county referral hospitals. The tool also requires information on the type of institution where the activity was conducted, including primary schools, secondary schools, tertiary institutions, rehabilitation centers, and others. If the activity was conducted in a community or village, the tool requires the selection of the type of community or village engaged, including youth, women, business communities, special groups, organized groups, and others.
