Quarterly Progress Report: Performance Management and Support Program for Lebanon II (PMSPL II) Q1FY2021

The report is prepared by Social Impact, Inc. for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under Contract/Order No. AID-268-C-15-00001. Under the third purpose, PMSPL II implemented several sub-purposes, including the review of implementing mechanisms' (IMs') engineering designs, improved monitoring of the implementation of final approved designs, and A&E activity reporting. The program also conducted contract administration elements, including challenges and lessons learned, and critical assumptions.
