Abstract
The report is prepared by Social Impact, Inc. for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under Contract/Order No. AID-268-C-15-00001. The program's main purpose is to enhance USAID's performance management and support in Lebanon, with a focus on implementing the Mission's Performance Management Plan (PMP) and improving activity monitoring, evaluation, and learning. The program also aims to increase the integration of gender, field-level monitoring, and geographic information systems (GIS) into USAID's activities. During Q1FY2021, PMSPL II implemented several key activities, including the review of the QITABI 2's updated MEL plan, which was conducted twice this quarter. The program also conducted contract administration elements, including challenges and lessons learned, and critical assumptions. The report also includes annexes, including a progress summary, reports submitted, and a financial report. The program's planned activities and upcoming events are also outlined in the report.
