Abstract
The program is implemented by Social Impact, Inc. under Contract/Order No. AID-268-C-15-00001. The program's primary objectives are to enhance USAID's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities, increase direct support to USAID's program management, and enhance Architecture and Engineering services. To achieve these objectives, PMSPL II focuses on three key purposes: Purpose I, Purpose II, and Purpose III. Purpose I aims to enhance USAID's MEL activities by providing technical assistance, training, and capacity building to USAID staff and implementing partners. This purpose is implemented through various activities, including the development of a MEL framework, training on data collection and analysis, and support for the implementation of MEL activities. Purpose II focuses on increasing direct support to USAID's program management by providing technical assistance, training, and capacity building to USAID staff and implementing partners. This purpose is implemented through various activities, including the development of a program management framework, training on program management, and support for the implementation of program management activities. Purpose III aims to enhance Architecture and Engineering services by providing technical assistance, training, and capacity building to USAID staff and implementing partners. This purpose is implemented through various activities, including the development of an Architecture and Engineering framework, training on Architecture and Engineering, and support for the implementation of Architecture and Engineering activities. The program's progress is monitored and evaluated through various indicators, including the number of USAID staff and implementing partners trained, the number of MEL activities implemented, and the number of Architecture and Engineering projects completed. The program's performance is also evaluated through regular meetings with USAID staff and implementing partners, as well as through the submission of quarterly progress reports. The program's implementation is supported by a team of experts, including a Chief of Party, a Deputy Chief of Party, and a team of technical specialists. The program's budget is managed through a contract with Social Impact, Inc., and the program's financial reports are submitted to USAID on a quarterly basis. The program's geographic focus is Lebanon, and its implementation is supported by various stakeholders, including USAID, the Government of Lebanon, and implementing partners. The program's timeframes are quarterly, with quarterly progress reports submitted to USAID. The program's recommendations include the need for continued support for USAID's MEL activities, the need for increased direct support to USAID's program management, and the need for enhanced Architecture and Engineering services. The program's critical assumptions include the availability of funding, the availability of technical expertise, and the willingness of USAID staff and implementing partners to participate in the program. The program's planned activities for the next quarter include the continuation of MEL activities, the continuation of program management activities, and the continuation of Architecture and Engineering activities. The program's upcoming events include regular meetings with USAID staff and implementing partners, as well as the submission of quarterly progress reports to USAID.
