Abstract
EnCompass LLC, the project implementer, delivered 11 Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) courses, including in-person deliveries at Regional Training Centers and other international venues. The activities during this period also included the delivery of one new Operations Center Emotional Intelligence workshop, one HRE Training of Trainers (TOT), and one Supervisor Certification Course (SCC) TOT. EnCompass successfully delivered a total of four in-person deliveries: one 10-Day SCC at the African Center for Excellence (ACE) in Accra, Ghana, one 10-Day SCC at the Stratton Hotel in Abuja, Nigeria, one HRE at the El Barcelo hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador, and one Career Candidate Corps (C3) delivered at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C. In addition, EnCompass virtually delivered one 4-Day SCC and six New Employee Orientation (NEO) courses via Webex. Under the CLIN 4 – Design, Develop, Delivery of New USAID Courses, EnCompass successfully executed several activities related to the design and delivery of new USAID courses. EnCompass submitted three cost proposals, three macro designs, and three micro designs for client approval during the quarter. EnCompass also held one workshop, two Training of Trainers (TOT), and completed one vILT pilot delivery. The Inclusive Leadership Summit (ILS) delivery was completed, with the final deliverable of a treated video recording submitted to HCTM on April 21, 2023. The CPD Quarterly Team Building Design and Delivery was also completed, with a macro design for the team building event scheduled for July 26, 2023, approved by the client. The Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) Foundational Program Design and Delivery was completed, with a vILT pilot delivery on April 11, 2023, and the submission of the ILT macro design and receipt of client approval on June 12, 2023. The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Workshop Design was completed, with the submission of the final macro design and receipt of client approval on April 24, 2023. The Staff Care: Resilience Intervention Development Workshop Design was also completed, with the submission of the Resilience Findings Report on June 7, 2023, and the scheduling of the Listening Session with the Staff Care team to take place in mid-July. The Training of Trainers (TOT) for HRE & SCC Delivery was completed, with the successful delivery of the HRE TOT for a total of six participants on May 24, 2023, and the successful delivery of the SCC TOT for a total of eight participants on May 31, 2023. The Employee Performance and Development (EP&D) eLearning Design was completed, with the submission of the revised macro design and receipt of client approval on May 1, 2023. The Operations Center (OPS) Emotional Intelligence Workshop Design and Delivery was completed, with the receipt of approval for the macro design on April 17, 2023, and the submission of the micro design on April 26, 2023. The workshop was successfully delivered to a total of 18 participants at the Management Concepts training facility in Washington, DC, on May 10th. The Instructor/Facilitator Observation Program was also completed, with the finalization of the instructor observation process and guidelines, and the holding of a Training of Observers workshop on April 27, 2023. The HRE for Non-HR Professionals Macro Design was completed, with the submission of a cost proposal for the macro design of the HRE for Non-HR Professionals e-Learning and receipt of client approval on June 12, 2023. The DEIA RISE 101 ILT Design was also completed, with the submission of the macro design.
