Abstract
Over 2,500 farmers received training in sustainable agriculture practices, with demonstration plots showing yield improvements of 60% when applying the practices. The quarterly report for July – September 2016 highlights the administration, staffing, logistics, and proposal development for the contract. EnCompass successfully managed the administration, staffing, and logistics for the contract from July to September 2016. The company submitted a proposal for the Supervisory Certification Course (SCC) quarterly courseware revisions in September 2016. EnCompass successfully submitted all necessary post-course and monthly reports per the contract requirements. The company continued to plan coverage for NEO, C3, and SCC deliveries scheduled for Year 1 and 2. EnCompass successfully arranged logistics for six NEOs, two C3 FSO Orientations, and six SCC deliveries. The company also continued to work on the design of eLearning modules for the Supervisory suite of courses and components. The report highlights the evaluation results for the course deliveries, including the overall score for course objectives, facilitator ratings, and session ratings. The overall average score for course objectives across NEO deliveries was above 4. The facilitators received ratings above 4 in every evaluation category. The participants praised the content and delivery, suggesting improvements in methodology, presentation style, and presentation style.
