Abstract
The courses were part of the USAID Training and Facilitation Services contract, implemented by EnCompass LLC. The team successfully managed the administration, staffing, course logistics, and curriculum design for the contract, as well as registration and Administrative Management Services (AMS) communication for the New Employee Orientation (NEO) deliveries. The team achieved significant milestones in various areas, including Instructional Area 1, where they completed six NEO deliveries with a total of 579 participants. They also completed four Supervisor Certification Course (SCC) deliveries with a total of 63 participants and continued the SCC coaching program, with 36 SCC alumni receiving coaching as of June 2022. In Instructional Area 2, there were no activities in this quarter, but the team submitted and received approval for draft content for SCC Learning Burst and continued to develop final graphic design. In Instructional Area 3, the team successfully delivered the Women's Leadership Summit on April 19-20, 2022, convening nearly 900 members of the USAID workforce from over 50 countries. They also completed three Activity Design and Implementation (ADI) deliveries with a total of 44 participants and seven Assistance 201 deliveries with a total of 83 participants. The team submitted six cost proposals between April and June 2022, including revised DCHCO Team Building, CPD Team Building, Virtual 4-Day SCC Design, MBC eLearning, Counterintelligence & Insider Threat Awareness eLearning, and Women's Leadership Summit Follow-On Event. Despite challenges related to unanticipated changes in scheduling, the team was able to adjust accordingly due to clear communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), flexible staff and consultants, and processes like the two-week go/no go decision lead time. The team is planning to deliver various virtual courses, team building sessions, and Summit Follow-On event in the upcoming quarter (July-September 2022), including bi-monthly NEOs, two ADI deliveries, two APM&E delivery, five Assistance 201 deliveries, six BRMT deliveries, three C3 deliveries, seven IPC deliveries, two MCC Phase 3 deliveries, four SCC deliveries, one USAID 202 deliveries, three USAID 203 deliveries, one CPD Team Building Session, and one Women's Leadership Summit Follow-On Event. The team also conducted course evaluations, with a focus on Level 1 and 2 evaluation. The evaluations aimed to assess the effectiveness of the courses and identify areas for improvement. The team will continue to monitor and evaluate the courses to ensure they meet the needs of the USAID workforce.
