Abstract
The resource is designed for school years beginning on even years, such as 2014, 2016, and 2018. The resource is divided into 29 weeks, with each week focusing on a specific theme and set of objectives. For week 21, the theme is "Interesting Things about My Culture," and the objectives include recognizing rhyming words in nursery rhymes, poems, and songs, as well as participating in choral speaking and echo reading of short poems and stories. The activities for week 21 include singing a song or reciting a poem, sharing information about oneself and one's work, and identifying rhyming words in a poem or song. The teacher activities include asking pupils to sing a song or recite a poem, sharing information about themselves, and pointing out rhyming words in a given song.
